Community work I got involed in when I was a councillor in the past

Here are examples:

working on the board of Crossroads, and fundraising with them,
working on the Glaitness School Board and helping them with lobbying the OIC,
working on the Glaitness Centre Members group and lobbying and fundraising with them,
helping the Skatepark Group work through the process of establishing an effective group, fundraising and securing approvals and backing,
helping the residents of Ayre Mills improve their access and parking,
helping the Orkney Sports Development Group overcome a cash flow problem,
serving on the board of the Picky Trust,
helping set up Employability Orkney.
